Party Schedule & Pricing

Parties are offered on Saturdays beginning with the first available Saturday after October 1, 2026. Standard start time is 1:00 PM or later based on availability. Party options are 2 hours for $195, 3 hours for $250, or 4 hours for $325. Customers receive 30 minutes before the scheduled start for setup and 30 minutes afterward for cleanup.

Open Play

Saturday Open Play begins with the first available Saturday after October 1, 2026 and runs from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Grip socks are required where posted or directed. Children must remain supervised by a responsible adult.

Rentals

Rentals begin September 15, 2026, with the first Saturday pickup on September 19, 2026. Standard pickup is Saturday at 10:00 AM at Celebrate, 712 18th St, La Grande, OR 97850. The standard rental period is 4 hours, with return at 2:00 PM at the same location. Rentals are pickup only unless Celebrate confirms otherwise in writing. Renters are responsible for safe transport, setup, supervision, weather monitoring, takedown and return, and must follow all supplied safety instructions.

Rental Security Deposit

Each rental requires a $150 refundable security deposit in addition to the rental price. After the equipment is returned, Celebrate will inspect the inflatable and supplied items. The eligible refund is initiated after an on-time, complete return in reasonably clean and dry condition without customer-caused damage beyond ordinary wear. Reasonable documented deductions may be made for loss, damage, missing items or excessive cleaning. The deposit does not limit responsibility for costs that exceed $150. Once a refund is issued, bank/card processing may take up to 4–14 business days to appear in the customer’s account.

Damage & Cleaning

Customers may be charged for reasonable repair, replacement or cleaning costs caused by misuse, intentional acts, punctures, tears, improper setup, prohibited items, or failure to follow rules. For parties, Celebrate handles collection of its toys and routine/heavy cleaning; customers must gather trash and remove personal decorations and belongings during the cleanup period.

Safety & Supervision

Active play carries inherent risks. Adults are responsible for supervision and for following staff instructions, posted rules, equipment limits and safety requirements. Celebrate may stop use of equipment when conditions are unsafe.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Because reservations hold dedicated space, equipment and availability, the following policy applies:

• 7 days or more before the reservation: customers may cancel for a full refund or reschedule once, subject to availability.
• 3–6 days before the reservation: customers may reschedule once or receive a 50% refund.
• Less than 72 hours before the reservation: payments are non-refundable. One reschedule may be offered at Celebrate’s discretion and is subject to availability.
• No-shows and cancellations after the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
• If Celebrate must cancel a reservation and cannot provide a reasonable rescheduled date, the customer will receive a full refund of amounts paid for the affected reservation.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payment processor and bank timing may affect when funds appear.
• Rental weather concerns must be communicated before pickup. Celebrate may require cancellation or rescheduling when weather or site conditions make inflatable use unsafe.

Electronic Agreements

Customers may review and sign service agreements electronically during booking. The signed agreement and booking details should be retained with the reservation record.

Payments

Online payment processing will be connected before paid bookings are activated. Final processor-specific payment and refund wording will be verified when that integration is completed.
