Celebrate Policies
Current business policies for Celebrate reservations, Open Play and recreational activities.
Party Pricing
Smaller Party: $165. Private Party: $250. The 4-hour Private Party option is $400 total. A same-day booking fee of $50 applies only when a same-day reservation is accepted and disclosed before confirmation.
Party Security Authorization
No $75 deposit or hold is charged with the initial Party payment. The payment method used for the booking may be securely retained on file, and an eligible post-event charge may be made only for documented damage and/or excessive cleaning, up to $75.
Open Play
Public pricing is Admission $12 and Siblings $8. Open Play is paid in person at check-in. Saturday availability is shown on the Open Play page.
Cancellations & Refunds
- 30 days or more before the reserved date: 100% refund.
- Less than 30 days before the reserved date: 50% refund.
- No-show: non-refundable.
- Rescheduling requests are handled case by case.
Safety & Supervision
Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their own children. Guests must follow posted rules, staff instructions and equipment limits. Celebrate may stop unsafe or prohibited activity.
Electronic Agreements
Service agreements and waivers may be reviewed and signed electronically. Customers should review the terms presented for the applicable service before signing.
